Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the following areas:
- Nairobi & its surrounding areas
- Kiambu Town & nearby regions
- Ruaka & the surrounding environs
Delivery availability outside these areas may vary – please contact us via WhatsApp to check if we can deliver to your location.
Business Hours & Order Cut-Off
- Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
- Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) are processed the same day. Orders after 6:00 PM are processed on the next business day.
During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we'll keep you updated.
Shipping Fee
We offer a simple, flat shipping rate for all orders:
- Flat Rate: KSh 200 per order, regardless of product or quantity
The shipping fee is applied to every order and will be confirmed when you place your order via WhatsApp.
Handling, Transit & Delivery Times
- Handling Time: 0–1 business day (Monday–Saturday)
- Transit Time: 0–1 business day (Monday–Saturday)
- Estimated Delivery Time: 0–2 business days from the time your order is placed and confirmed

- Choose your preferred delivery method & time
- We'll confirm your order and delivery cost (flat rate of KSh 200)
- Make payment (M-PESA, Cash on Delivery, or Bank Transfer)
- Sit back and relax – we'll deliver to your doorstep!
Order Tracking
We keep you informed every step of the way:
- Order Confirmed: We'll confirm your order and share the delivery cost
- Payment Received: We'll confirm your payment
- Order Packed: We'll notify you when we're packing your items
- Out for Delivery: We'll message you when your order is on the way
- Delivered: We'll confirm delivery upon arrival
